If you want all the space of Plan 4 (plus a little more) and you prefer a main-level primary bedroom, Plan 5 gives you all this plus an attached garage. Also, Plan 5 gives Bedrooms 3 and 4 direct access to the balcony while your Primary Bedroom opens onto the lanai.

Our first ten home sites offer a mix of ocean and mountain views, with each home carefully pre-sited to take best advantage of the available view.
